The rules used reference is Law No. 2 Year 2012 on Land Procurement for Development for Public Interest. In Article 46 paragraph (1) explained that the object of the release of government procurement of land owned or controlled by state-owned companies / enterprises in the public interest are not given compensation.
"In other words, the liberation of the land owned by the Navy before the gas station A Yani through grant mechanisms," he said.
Furthermore, he said, the municipal government will begin the physical work on the road next week in the form of land improvements and paving of the land area of 1,240 square meters next gas station. The execution is expected to be completed around 25 December.
FR project completion next filling station will have a positive impact broadly. For the public, of course the traffic flow more smoothly because road users do not need to go back to the main road because the FR disconnected.
